Please note, I require a minimum 1 month rental for any loft (as required by our homeowners association).  Also, I prefer to rent the loft with back to back rentals to keep the price lower.  As a result, I will not be able to reserve a loft for a future rental unless it is at least 3 months long or another rental vacating shortly before.
