Luxury 2 & 3 Bedroom Executive Lofts Built in 2006

Well, Joe and I moved out this morning. I just wanted to take the time to say thank you. We really enjoyed our stay at your loft.  I’ve done a lot of business travel over the past 20 years and your loft was the best set-up that I’ve ever had.  Also, in talking with our bosses there is a good possibility that we’ll be back before this summer. If that happens, I’ll be in touch.

“Most of us have walked into a model home, and wished we could live there. That's how I felt when I entered each room of The Water Tower Loft in Arvada, CO. The best part was, that my husband and I WERE going to live there--for a whole month! Every room speaks of a professional decorator touch with tastefully color-coordinated accessories in every room. It reminds me of one of the homes on HGTV--one of my favorite TV networks!

 

The loft was furnished with MORE than the basic requirements. For instance, there was a fully filled spice carousel, laundry soap, bleach and dryer sheets, snacks, water, Kleenex and bath tissue, liquid hand soap, etc. Every time I thought of something the loft might need, I'd look a little deeper, and find the item was already there.  The kitchen was complete with dishes, glasses, and silverware for twelve. There was a new blender, toaster, toaster oven, mixer, and all sorts of baking and cooking equipment and utensils. We made frequent use of the handy ice/water dispenser on the refrigerator door.

 

We found that there was so much to do in and around Arvada. Everything in Olde Town is within walking distance. I appreciated being able to walk to a Weight Watcher's meeting and use the free work-out room at The Lofts. The pool was heated, and could be enjoyed until Oct. 1.

 

Among other things, we enjoyed eating at The Eggshell Restaurant, using the facilities at the Library, and shopping for clothing and unusual items at The Army/Navy Surplus Store. We kept promising ourselves to take in a show at the Cinema nearby, but that will have to wait until next time. Instead, we made numerous sight-seeing trips to Nederland (where our daughter and son-in-law live), Estes Park, Red Rocks, Denver, Mt. Alto, REI flagship store, and the Denver Art Museum.

 

We noticed that parking was at a premium for the residents of other nearby developments. Many of those residents had to park outdoors, far from their homes. At The Water Tower Lofts, we had not one but two underground parking spaces. This was especially convenient because we rented a four-wheeled drive vehicle to do some mountain road exploring, and were able to park both cars in our assigned spaces. These were next to the elevator, which took us right up to the first floor.

 

Another convenience to us ,was the handy trash chute a short walk down the hall. Rather than having to take trash bags outside, or to the lower level, the chute made for an easy chore. Both the underground parking, and the trash facility would be even more appreciated in cold weather.

 

We cannot say enough good about our stay in The Water Tower Lofts. Rebecca and Heath could not have been more attentive to our needs. We felt that we received personal attention, and no doubt all of their guests feel the same. We look forward to staying here again.”

“VRBO Bear stayed here - 02/15/2007 - on site review: Ah, beautiful Colorado! Come stay at one of these three beautiful lofts and you too can experience this magnificent city as I did. It is a great location in Old Town Arvada, central to Golden & Denver, with in walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shopping and a movie theater near by. You can even take a day trip and go skiing at one of the many ski resorts in the mountains.

I know you’ll really love these lofts as I did because they have the conveniences of a hotel, but with plenty of space to spread out. It is not hard to relax and feel right at home. These lofts are wonderful accommodations to use for the business traveler, visiting relatives in town, or a nice weekend getaway. Each loft is well furnished, nicely decorated and has it’s own unique theme. I loved the floor to ceiling windows in every room overlooking the city, and the drapes that decorated them so nicely. I was equally impressed by the beautiful bedding in each of the bedrooms along with a stereo and television for added comfort. There is also a balcony outside where you can sit and drink your coffee and enjoy the beauty of Colorado.

 

The owner was very helpful by providing a book of information with area attractions, building information, local restaurants and tourist websites. You can also expect great hospitality when staying at any of these three lofts. I hope you come and visit and get to experience Denver and all it has to offer. You’ll find yourself coming back again and again. “
