Need transportation while in Denver?  We own a 12-person passenger van that we rent for local use.

We own this van as our personal third vehicle but use it very little.  It has about 94,000 miles on it and is in good condition.  The van had two captain chairs in front, a second row removable bench seat for 3, a third row removable bench seat for 3 and a fourth row removable bench seat for 4.   All of the back 3 rows are removable for large cargo capacity.

Insurance:

We do not offer commercial rental insurance on the van and you are required to provide insurance on the van and proof of insurance is due at the time of pick-up.  Most renters have to call their insurance company and have the van added to their insurance policy for the time that they are renting it and are provided a proof of insurance card.   We realize that this is an inconvenience and possible additional cost, but our insurance company would not cover rental of the van to non-family members. 

Terms:

• We require a 3 day minimum rental and a valid credit card to rent. 
• Minimum age is 27. 
• We give priority and lower rates to our loft guests, but we also rent the ran out to non-loft guests.  
• Mileage is limited to 125 miles a day.  Higher mileage is charged $0.10/mile.
•  You are required to provide your own insurance for the van (this is included in most comprehensive auto insurance policies).  
•  The rental is guaranteed with a credit card deposit of $250.00.  This is only refundable if it is rented to someone else.  
• The van is kept in Arvada, about 2 miles off of I-70 and Ward Road.  This is where it can be pick-up and dropped off. 
• We do also provide free pick-up and drop off to the Water Tower Lofts where we own the rental properties. 
• We occasionally can provide airport pick up and drop off for an additional $50 each way. 
  
• We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone for any reason.

Rates:

• $95.00 Daily with a 3 day minimum
• $475 Weekly
